Must try coffee in Hong Kong and the new luxury Rosewood Hotel

The best coffee in Hong Kong

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope all of you having a wonderful day. I am huge coffee lover, I can not imagine my days without this black magic! Hehe :D Hong Kong is full with nice cafes, fancy, casual, modern… the selection is endless. However some place looks good but the coffee is bad which can be very disappointing especially If the place is pricey.. :/ ( of course If you care about coffee as much as I do :D) For me the most important is the taste and the strength.

Few days ago we took a ferry to look around at the other site of the island. We were walking with my friend at Kowloon area and by chance we found this cool coffee shop. The original idea was to check out the new fancy Rosewood Hotel next to the K11 building and have a drink there, we just followed our nose because something had a very good smell. I have to say this is a very good marketing to let the yummy smell around and make people go in to your shop. So we saw there is a cafe and we thought they have a delicious cookie or cake what was smelling so good. Well they didn’t even have cookies, there were just basic bakery products nothing special just few muffins…So obviously the main attraction wasn’t that what we expected. Although we decided to buy something If we are already there. I had a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was okay but OMG the cappuccino! I think that was the best coffee so far what I had at the past few months. The taste was bomb! Creamy, perfectly strong very very good. :D

Later we found out that this coffee is actually award winner and the founder is one of the panel judges of the World Barista Championship (WBC) so no wonder why the taste is perfect. They have their own handmade coffee beans what you can buy there. Of course after we tasted this yummy cappuccino we bought a pack from the “indonesia- mandheling gr 1”. You can buy online as well here If you feel like to taste. This beans are very high quality. The cafe design, environment was clean, comfortable and all together the the smell, taste and the design makes it special. The serving wasn’t perfect because one lady was working alone. Plus we got our coffee in paper cup but this is just beside the point.

All in all definitely worth to try! You will love it! <3

You can find it at : G/F, K11 Atelier, 18 Salisbury Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hongkong

And If you are already there I suggest you to check the beautiful super fancy Rosewood Hotel next door! They have restaurant, bar, cafe everything what you need and you don’t have to be guest at the hotel. :)

SeeYaSoon! <3
